ONLY FOUR MORE DAYS TILL HK & THE PI!

IMPORTANT: I have a HUGE favor to ask my Filipino friends here on dA: I need one of you to call a phone number for me and get some information. See the thing is I wanted to surprise my father this year with a travel package to Donsol, Sorsogon to go swimming with Butanding, or whale sharks. All the information about the tour can be found here. Now what I've been trying to figure out is, although it's not peak season for whale sharks, are there still enough around for the tour to go on throughout the month of July? I just want to make sure that if I do pay for the entire tour, I WILL get something out of it, you know? I've tried emailing but I've received no response. So if one of you would be so kind & willing, the number of the "Albay Provincial Tourism Office" is (52) 481-0250. If this number does not work, then please, I'd really appreciate some information on making this happen for my dad. It would mean a lot to me and I would somehow find a way to repay/thank you.

In any case, as some of you may have guessed, it's not much longer until my trip to Hong Kong & the Philippines! I'm so VERY excited since this will be the first time I've seen my immediate family in over a year and a year and a half since I've visited my extended family in the PI.
